The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and WPP's Government & Public Sector practice are proud to launch Kantar Public's latest research paper "Identifying the levers for citizen engagement".

A decade of societal, economic and technological disruptions to traditional structures have redistributed power from institutions to citizens, who now have more voice nad higher expectations than ever before. Based on political, social science and behavioural economic theories combined with experience working with governments, we have developed and piloted a framework that measures citizen engagement on ten dimensions and identifies key target groups to address and the levers to increase their engagement. On 28 September, we will share the insights on citizens' need in the Singaporean context and discuss avenues for government institions to reinforce their relationships with citizens.
